    Martinsburg, WV – The U.S. Marshals Service, Mountain State Fugitive Task Force, is requesting the public's assistance in locating Justin Chapman 29, of Martinsburg, WV. On January 7, 2019, a warrant for Justin Chapman was issued by the West Virginia Department of Corrections. Chapman violated his state parole.
