Memphis, TN – The Memphis Safe Task Force on Tuesday executed 40 criminal arrests and seized six more illegal firearms.

Corpus Christi, TX — The U.S. Marshals Service (USMS) has reported on January 20 that a child missing for over four years was safely recovered. The child was recovered in Mexico and has been returned to family residing in Corpus Christi, after more than four years of law enforcement investigation facilitated by ongoing international collaboration.

Memphis, TN – Members of the Memphis Safe Task Force over the MLK holiday weekend executed 129 criminal arrests and seized 26 illicit firearms and recovered four missing children.

New Orleans, LA – Crimestoppers GNO (Greater New Orleans) and the U.S. Marshals Service (USMS) New Orleans Task Force sponsored their annual Operation Boo Dat 2025 from Oct. 16, 2025, to Jan. 17, 2026.  

Spokane, WA - The United States Marshals Service arrested Keantray Davon Bryant-Muellner on January 16, 2026, in Spokane, Washington. Bryant-Muellner was wanted on an outstanding Washington State Department of Corrections Secretary’s Arrest Warrant for violating the terms of his Graduated Re-Entry probation sentence.

Greensboro, NC - A fugitive wanted in Puerto Rico on serious drug trafficking charges was arrested today by the U.S. Marshals Service Middle District of North Carolina and the Carolinas Regional Fugitive Task Force, with technical assistance from the Puerto Rico Violent Offenders Task Force.

Memphis, TN – Members of the Memphis Safe Task Force (MSTF) Jan. 15 executed 39 criminal arrests and seized four illicit firearms and recovered four missing children.

Washington, DC -  On Jan. 9 the Clay County (Mississippi) Sheriff’s Department requested assistance from the U.S. Marshals (USMS) Gulf Coast Regional Fugitive Task Force in locating and arresting a man wanted for multiple homicides that occurred in Clay County on the same evening, including the murder of a 7-year-old child.

Washington, DC – The U.S. Marshals Southeast Regional Fugitive Task Force (SERFTF) on Jan. 13 arrested a Georgia man wanted out of Clayton County on two counts of armed robbery, possession of a firearm during the commission of a felony, and aggravated assault stemming from an incident in March 2025.

Washington, DC – The U.S. Marshals Great Lakes Regional Fugitive Task Force on Jan. 14 arrested an Illinois man wanted out of Jackson County, Illinois, on firearms-related charges.

Cleveland, OH – Yesterday, members of the U.S. Marshals Northern Ohio Violent Fugitive Task Force (NOVFTF) arrested Neftali Esquilin-Lebron, 24. Esquilin-Lebron was wanted by the Puerto Rico Police Bureau – Humacao Criminal Investigation Corps for murder.

Cleveland, OH – Today, members of the U.S. Marshals led Northern Ohio Violent Fugitive Task Force (NOVFTF) arrested Cortez Taylor, 28.  Taylor was wanted by the Cleveland Division of Police for aggravated murder.

Memphis, TN – A high-speed vehicle pursuit Tuesday night resulted in a man’s death.

Toledo, OH – The U.S. Marshals led Northern Ohio Violent Fugitive Task Force (NOVFTF) has arrested two suspects wanted in connection to a violent gang shooting in Michigan. Late in the afternoon yesterday, the task force arrested Montez White, 27. Additionally, two weeks ago on December 30, 2025, the task force arrested Tyrek Rice, 28.

Memphis, TN - The Memphis Safe Task Force (MSTF) recovered two siblings and a toddler who were brought to safety on January 11, 2026 in a joint effort by the members of the MSTF.

Portland, ME – On Friday, January 9, the U.S. Marshals Service (USMS) Maine Violent Offender Task Force (MVOTF) arrested Jaime A. Oktay, 56, on a State of Oklahoma warrant for Aggravated Possession of Child Sexual Abuse Material and two counts of Possess, Procure, Manufacture, Sell, or Distribute Child Sexual Abuse Material.

Memphis, TN – Members of the Memphis Safe Task Force on Thursday executed 52 criminal arrests and seized 10 more illicit firearms.
